Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Approv (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The Service
Approv routes actions from your AI agents to a human approver over WhatsApp or SMS and records each decision in a signed, tamper-evident audit trail. Approv is an approval and record-keeping tool; it does not execute your business actions for you and is not a party to them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring your approvers have consented to receive messages. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to send messages without proper consent, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage above your plan limits may incur additional charges disclosed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approv is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. You remain responsible for the decisions your agents and approvers make.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your audit data for a reasonable period.
